1. Full Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase for any product bought directly from our website. To initiate a refund, contact us at hello@creatornotconsumers.com. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Conditions for Refunds

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, unless defective or damaged.

  • Personalized or custom products are non-refundable, except in cases of defect, damage, or fulfillment error by Creator Not Consumers, LLC.

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if products are returned in an unsellable condition due to misuse.

 

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for products of equal value within 7 days of purchase.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives defective or damaged, please notify us immediately.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at our discretion.
