All orders are subject to product availability.
Personalized or custom products are non-refundable unless defective or delivered in error.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
All payments must be made in full through our accepted payment methods.
Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs, timelines, and methods will be provided at checkout.
We are not liable for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier, except in cases of defect or damage.

Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount paid to us in the prior 12 months, or (b) USD 100.
